I recently purchased Dentex M-3S pushbutton turbines from rotors-turbines.com and it was nearly impossible to remove the bur. I called, and they immediately sent me new turbines with a return shipping label to return the defective ones. They were very accommodating. Their prices can't be beat and they are very easy to contact and deal with.
