PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
 

Terms:

  • If you find a website with a price lower than ours, we will match their price, provided the following is met:
  • We can not change your order total to match a price, after your order has been placed.
  • The item from our competitor's site must be new, and in stock. No refurbished items.
  • No Auctions considered for price matching.
  • Many of our items have free shipping on our site, so we consider TOTAL price, including shipping, when comparing to another website.
  • Occasionally a company will put an item on closeout, and sell them at a loss, lower than their cost. We can not match these items.
  • Please understand that we can not sell an item to you at a price less than our cost, for any reason.

We will need:

1. Our competitor's total price, including shipping, and any other fees.
2. The URL of the site where you found this price.


NOTE: Once you have provided us with  the above, you will be responded to as quickly as possible to assure another satisfied customer.



Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
